This software has been developed because, for quite some time now, there has been a significant increase in incidents of assault and vandalism against doctors in hospitals. It has been observed that immediate family members of patients rarely resort to vandalism; rather, such acts are often carried out by certain acquaintances or distant relatives. Consequently, many hospitals prefer referring critical patients—those with a higher probability of mortality—rather than admitting and treating them. As a result, at a time when critically ill patients need a doctor the most, they are referred elsewhere, and many innocent lives are lost during transit. To prevent this, it is necessary to identify such individuals in society and exercise caution during treatment to mitigate the risk of violence in hospitals. If there is any negligence in treatment by a doctor or hospital, the Consumer Forum and courts are always there to deliver justice, but assaulting doctors and vandalising hospitals is completely unacceptable.
